Is turing a spaming Web robot???

I couldn't help noticing that turing has been constantly??? online for the last 24 hours or so and constantly??? PMing - I received one.
I don't see any issue per se and it's against my principles to delate; but that account seems to be overloading the mail server and monopolizing/draining the resources of the site. I did not find the message harmful, but, please, open it with precaution.

Do you mean turing on here? Or somewhere else? I ask because I havent had a turing number on here yet lol.
