Im selling this site because.. I need money lol. The only/highest bidder doesnt gurantee a win. Ill decide if its high enough or not. For example if someone bids $5 I wont sell it for $5 (too low!).
Its undeveloped but has always done really good on parking programs. At parked.com I used to make $150-$200 per day on this site alone.
Thanks
Kristi

Now Im not promoting it as much as I was so its getting way less. Right now Im getting about 40-60 uniques per day. When I was at parked.com i was getting around 150 or more per day. I know its always best to develop a site before selling it, just figured I would give it a try.

Yes sir thats when I was really promoting it and getting it out there, plus parked.com just rocks so earning money on that site is pretty damn easy. Some shmuck didnt like the money I was making so they got me permanently deleted (im no longer friends with this person after they did this to me). This is why I really try to NOT tell anyone anything now.. too many people in my life like to screw things up for me.
I see lots of forums I really like, like this one or just a regular one. I dont know how you set something like that up tho or how much it costs. I actually had the forum idea too.

its not that hard, just doing all the backend stuff can take some time
there are many premade templates so the only editing on a template would be the logo itself

How hard is it to add CPM banners or other banners to a forum thats "pre-made"??

not real hard, there are add-ons that do it but i placed mine manually
probably also depends what forum software you go with, i only messed with IPB once before and every other time just vbulletin
